WE ARE OPEN!
As per the state-wide mandate, starting July 27, 2020 we will be requiring customers and staff to wear masks in-store. Our top priority at RaeLynn's is to keep our customers and staff safe and healthy. We have machine washable masks available for purchase as well as disposable masks available for customers. We apologize for any inconvenience.

WE ARE OPEN!
Thank you to all of our customers and followers for the immense amounts of love and support we have received during this time! Today we got the a-okay from our Governor that we can resume business at 50% of our normal capacity as of Monday, May 4th. We will be operating on these new hours, implementing extra cleaning and sanitation processes, and ensuring the availability of PPE to all staff and visitors!

Friends & my RaeLynn’s Family, it is with the heaviest heart, that at this time, the Mayor of Carmel, has enforced us to close our retail doors at this time due to local travel restrictions. I am aware that this is our busiest time, we have hundreds of dresses in layaway that need to be picked up, and we have hundreds of dresses on our sales floor ready to be purchased. My staff is eager to help you find your dream dress. To put it simply we love what we do.
At this time we will be offering one on one appointments until further notice, please email firstname.lastname@example.org . (Please confirm you have heard back with us before showing) or call 317.559.3200. We will do our absolute best to accommodate all of you. We will be opening back to the public as soon as local officials allow us to do so. Stay Tuned!
For the past twelve years, RaeLynn’s has made dress dreams come true. I am incredibly thankful and grateful that you choose to shop small businesses. I have been able to hire some of the best girls, to make this possible, and I have met so many amazing customers that have become “family.”
From the bottom of my heart, thank you! We will get through this, we will create our own proms if needed, we will continue to move forward and make a difference in our communities, and to each other.

What are your new hours?
As of now, we will be by appointment only for shopping and pickup of special orders and merchandise on layaway.
When will you reopen?
In short, ASAP! We were trying our best to remain open for our customers who were out and about shopping, however, the City of Carmel banned all unnecessary travel. As soon as this is lifted, our doors will be back open
What is your return policy?
Our formalwear policy has always been All Sales Final, No returns, Refunds or Exchanges
