Meet the RaeLynns Girls

Fashion is about something that comes from within you. –Ralph Lauren

Alison, Owner

RaeLynn's was established November 2008, and I feel incredibly lucky and blessed that I have met some awesome people, and made some amazing friends through this journey. The girls that have chosen to work for me, have made a true difference in my life, and the customers are what keep me going....I never feel like "I have to go to work!" Each day is just so much fun. I am proof that all dreams can come true- with time, hard work, dedication and sweat....You can be anything you want to be. I'm just a working mom with a dream.....
Personal Style: I am a very simple, conservative dresser. My girls are always shopping, putting outfits together, and accessorizing me!

Steph, Brand Manager and Buyer

I am a recent graduate of Butler University where I studied Strategic Communications. RaeLynn’s has been a huge inspiration on my career path. I have decided to follow my love of the fashion industry and stay with RaeLynn's as their full-time brand manager and buyer. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is working closely with Alison. She encourages and inspires me in so many different ways and I am so thankful to her for supporting me in all I do.

Personal Style: My style is kind of all over the place. I love the popular Boho style, but also love to be dressy, cute, and girly wherever I go. At home, it’s a different story. You will find me with my nose in a book, wearing my glasses and Butler sweats.

Hannah, Social Media Manager

I graduated from Ashbury University in 2015 with a degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations. I have been with RaeLynn's since October 2015, and I am loving being apart of the RaeLynn's family. Not only am I in charge of all of our social media accounts, but I also photograph and edit all of our photos for the website. I'm so very thankful to Al, Clay, and Steph for giving me the opportunity to be a RaeLynn's girl and learn more about social media and communications in the fashion industry.

Personal Style: It definitely depends on my mood, but I would describe my overall style as conservative chic. I love to get dressed up, and I believe that you can never to wrong with a dress and some cute heels.

Carly T, Assistant Manager

I have been with the RaeLynn's family for almost 4 years! I am currently a sophomore at the University of Indianpolis majoring in Nursing with a minor in Psychology. RaeLynn's has taught me that working with others will teach me how to communicate effectively for my future, to pay attention to every little detail, that hard work does pay off, and to just be YOU.

Personal Style: When school is in action, you will see me in comfy, workout clothes and that's about it. On the weekends or work days, you will find me dressed classy and simple. Rompers and holey jeans are my obsession, wait and dresses. Okay, I just love clothes and I could go on and on about my style (:

Audra, Assistant Manager

I have worked at RaeLynn's since July of 2015, and I have loved every minute of it! When I'm not selling dresses, you can find me downtown with my girls, boating with my family, or adventuring with my boyfriend. I am laid back and as sarcastic as they come, always looking to have a good time. In the Fall of 2017 I will be attending IU's Kelley School of Business to study Finance. I am beyond excited and proud to become a Hoosier, but I will dearly miss my girls at RaeLynn's (especially Hannah De Kam).

Personal Style: My style truly depends on what time I wake up that morning. I have a pretty simple style, but you will always catch me with stud earrings regardless. I have a profound love of baseball hats, simple tees, strappy sandals in summer, booties and scarves in winter.

Nikita, Assistant Manager

I currently attend the Art Institute of Indianapolis studying Fashion Retail Management. I have been working as a RaeLynn's girl since November 2015 and absolutely love my job! I hope to be a member of the fashion industry full time after graduation. Some of my interests include volunteering with community organizations such as Kic-It and the local animal shelter, competing in pageants, and reading.

Personal Style: My style can't really be narrowed down to one type. My closet is full of a wide variety of pieces, I love to pair different items together to create the perfect item for me! My go to color is always pink and I add statement earrings to nearly every outfit.

Maddy, Sales Associate

My name is Maddy Rau and I am a senior at Center Grove High School. At school I'm very involved in my choir, Sound System, which is our school's varsity mixed group. I am also very involved in student government.

Personal Style: As far as my style goes, it doesn't really fall into one category, except maybe experimental. I like things that are new and fresh, pieces that stand out, I always try and mix up outfits!
