I bought this cute sweater for my birthday & it didn’t fit like seen on the model . I wear medium in all your clothes - as I’ve bought from you plenty of times. I LOVE all of my items from Raelynns but this one was weird . So I went to exchange it within the 14 days - tag still attached & everything . The shirt I chose to switch it out for was $8 cheaper but because I got it online during a sale , the manager lady said I couldn’t get that shirt with 30% off ? So I had to pay an extra $8 for a shirt that was much cheaper than this sweater . That’s very upsetting to me because I wouldn’t have returned it if it fit right & then for the “manager” to have poor customer service about it & make me pay more for a shirt that was less was very upsetting . I usually have a good experience coming to the greenwood store but this manager was kind of awful :( i have never heard of not being able to match at least the discount on a shirt especially when it’s not the customers fault - as I work in customer service as well .
